Prof. Dr. Tanweer Ahmad

He is a highly qualified Professor specializing in Diagnostic Radiology. He holds MBBS and FCPS
degrees and has extensive experience in the field of medical imaging and diagnostics. His
expertise ensures accurate assessments and diagnoses for various medical conditions using
advanced radiological techniques.

After completing fellowship in diagnostic radiology in 2001, I have the honour to work in different prestigious teaching institutions of Lahore and gained professional and administrative experience. Worked as Professor & HOD at King Edward Medical University, Fatima Jinnah Medical University, and Post Graduate Medical Institute Lahore.
As Associate Professor at Allama Iqbal Medical College/Jinnah Hospital and Assistant Professor at Services Institute of Medical Sciences / Services Hospital Lahore.
During my stay at Post Graduate Medical Institute / LGH, I got vast exposure to sectional imaging with special interest in neuroradiology. Seven years stay at Children Hospital Lahore opened the door of Paediatric Radiology. I learned the art of teaching and training undergraduate and postgraduate students of radiology and allied specialties.
I am an approved supervisor and examiner of FCPS, M.D & DMRD since 2019, working as an advisor to Punjab Public Service Commission in the subject of Radiology.
