Pediatric cardiac surgery in Sharif Medical City Hospital
Department started in Oct 2024. We have been operating infants and adults with various congenital heart defects.
These include ventricular septal defect, Atrial septal defects, Tetralogy, Total Anomalous pulmonary veins etc. Our numbers are more than 200 patients from 4 Kg to adults. Dr Faiz Rasool associate professor from The Children Hospital Lahore started the program here and continue as a visiting surgeon performing a remarkable job.
